KRZ WORLD TRAVEL accepts bookings subject to the following booking conditions: 'Customer' is any person who wishes to travel with the name KRZ WORLD TRAVEL on the booking form. 'Product' means any service sold by KRZ WORLD TRAVEL. This 'COMPANY' is the representative of KRZ WORLD TRAVEL, responsible for the process of selling the product to the Customer(s). General Manager is the person(s) responsible for the management and control of KRZ WORLD TRAVEL. All Customers will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all booking conditions. To confirm a booking, KRZ WORLD TRAVEL requires the COMPANY to pay all amounts due in full. The contract between the customer and KRZ WORLD TRAVEL is valid if KRZ WORLD TRAVEL confirms the reservation in writing and gives an official confirmation. The person signing the booking form (which contains these terms and conditions) warrants that he/she has full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose names are recorded on it and confirms that such persons have full knowledge and understanding of these terms. and conditions. The contract in question, including all matters arising from it, is subject to Turkish Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish Courts. No employee or representative of KRZ WORLD TRAVEL has the right to change, modify or waive any of these terms and conditions unless in writing and signed by the General Manager of KRZ WORLD TRAVEL; KRZ WORLD TRAVEL does not assume any liability on its behalf. KRZ WORLD TRAVEL reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion without further explanation.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON TOUR BOOKING AND PRICING POLICY:

KRZ WORLD TRAVEL reserves the right to make changes to the brochure/catalog prices before the reservation is confirmed, including but not limited to changes related to government interventions, increases in tours, etc., which are beyond the control of KRZ WORLD TRAVEL. transportation costs (including scheduled flight tickets and fuel costs), changes in any dues, taxes or fees payable for services (including landing taxes or boarding/disembarkation fees at airports), increases in entrance fees. Wire transfers are accepted for the full amount payable as published. KRZ WORLD TRAVEL only accepts credit card payments in Turkish Lira (TL). The entire amount to be paid in Turkish Lira is calculated by multiplying the daily buying rate on the date of sale by the published and payable amount. The exchange rate in question can be accessed at www.tcmb.gov.tr. Your bank will use its own exchange rate when collecting the Turkish Lira amount withdrawn by KRZ WORLD TRAVEL according to the tour reservation time from your credit card. Product information is published by KRZ WORLD TRAVEL in good faith and KRZ WORLD TRAVEL will use its best efforts to operate all products as advertised. KRZ WORLD TRAVEL reserves the right to change any of the facilities and services described in its publications and to substitute alternative arrangements of similar monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment resulting from any changes.

DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN:

A. Children aged 0-2 travel free of charge.

B. Children between the ages of 2-6 receive a 10% discount on the per person price for the tour.

C. Children between the ages of 6-12 receive a 5% discount on the price per person for the tour.

VISAS AND DOCUMENTS: Each Customer must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity. The customer is responsible for obtaining information about the entry conditions and required visas for the countries he/she travels to.

TIPS AND TAXES: Pay attention to guides, drivers, hotel staff, etc. Gratuities provided are not included in the package prices and will be given at your own discretion. Any additional taxes, security fees or other charges collected by governments, airports, airlines and other individual parties are not included unless specifically listed under the included specifications for each Product.

CANCELLATION: Customers can cancel at any time. Cancellation will be valid upon receipt of the COMPANY's written request (from the Customer for direct bookings) by the management of KRZ WORLD TRAVEL. In such cases the following cancellation fees will apply:

A. 45+ days before departure – 10% of the tour booking package value.

B. 30 to 7 days before departure - 25% of the tour booking package value.

C. 7 days left for no show - 50% of tour booking package value.

D. No refund will be given for partially used Products.

Once the booking has been confirmed, any proposed changes must be written by the 'Lead Client' and will be subject to an administration fee equivalent to €40, except for the first change which will require no fee. Any requested changes cannot be guaranteed. Transfer may be possible if either party is prevented from traveling due to death, injury or serious illness of the client, close relative or friend, layoff, or jury service.

If a refund is required by KRZ WORLD TRAVEL to the Customer, the amount to be refunded will be calculated according to the conditions listed in the CANCELLATION section of this contract and taking into account evidence of exceptional circumstances. KRZ WORLD TRAVEL will not pay the fees charged to the Client by the Client's bank for the processing of the deposited amount.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY: The liability of KRZ WORLD TRAVEL and/or its Working Agent(s) is limited. KRZ WORLD TRAVEL and its Working Agent(s) act solely as the passenger with respect to travel by air, rail, motor bus or any other conveyance and assume no liability for the acts or omissions of any company or person engaged in transport members. or actual wars, hostilities, civil unrest, whether declared or not, during the carrying out of tour arrangements or as a direct or indirect consequence of acts of nature, dangerous events at sea or in the air, fire, malfunctions in machinery or equipment, legal or legal acts of governments or other authorities , strikes, riots, theft, plunder, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations or other reasons.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES: The following is a list of some important items that are not included in the prices: room service charges, items not included in the menu sections reserved for KRZ WORLD TRAVEL passengers, laundry, beverages, alcoholic and other personal items, airport departure taxes, and fees for each tour/package/service. Other items not specifically listed in the included items tab.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Payment of the final balance for the booked tour/package/services is due Thirty (30) Days prior to arrival, regardless of when the reservation is made. Credit cards are accepted.

KRZ WORLD TRAVEL accepts no responsibility for any losses or additional expenses incurred by passengers due to delays or changes in the program. Tour and tour booking services, including but not limited to guide services, hotel accommodations, meals and other services, are provided by third parties who are independent and do not act for or on behalf of KRZ WORLD TRAVEL and with whom KRZ WORLD TRAVEL has no relationship as a joint venture. or. Therefore, KRZ WORLD TRAVEL is not liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with such tour services, hotel accommodation, meals, luggage handling, tour guiding or any other matters related thereto. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passenger. Each passenger waives any claim against KRZ WORLD TRAVEL for any delay, inconvenience or damage, loss of property or baggage, or injury or death to persons due to the acts or omissions of such third parties.

No relevant airline/transportation company can be held responsible for any act, omission or incident that occurs while passengers are not on board the aircraft or vehicle.

Any deposit received towards a travel package or travel service approved by KRZ WORLD TRAVEL indicates full knowledge and acceptance of all terms and conditions. Each person booking or participating in tours agrees to all terms, conditions and limitations stated herein.
